柔性光电器件,比如柔性太阳能电池,柔性发光二极管等,是发展下一代柔性、可穿戴器件中发光,光吸收,光响应及光能转换的必须组成部分,而光电器件的载体对于光电器件的光吸收和光电转化效率有决定性作用。柔性聚合物是现在柔性光电器件的主要载体,但是其对于光路吸收或者光电转换没有任何管理和增益,不能充分的发挥柔性光电器件的使用效率。最近,马里兰大学姚永刚等人发现透明并且有散射(haze)能力的载体,可以有效地提高光吸收并将入射光局限在载体中进行多次吸收,进而提升光电器件的光电转化效率。本报告将通过介绍4种不同的高透明高散射载体(透明纸-塑料纸-透明木头-木头纸),来详细介绍这种载体对于光电效率的提升作用,以及他们分别不同的适用场景。


Bio

Yonggang received his B.S. and M.S. in Condensed MatterPhysics from Xi’an Jiaotong University, China, in 2010 and 2013. He is currently a PhD andassistant researcher inMaterials Science and Engineering at University of Maryland College Park. Hisresearch interests include high temperature nanomanufacturing, 3D printing,cellulose and wood based materials, electrocatalysis, and batteries.
